Contestants:
Top Twenty Letters: Letters will be going out in September for the Finals. Please be looking for your letter. Included in your letter will be a current listing of the Top Twenty. If you feel your money is not correct, please contact the TCRA office and I will be glad to go over your money with you.
CUTOFF DATE: Money won at the Henrietta rodeo September 18-20 will count on the 2008 year. Team Ropers cutoff is the week before as there is no team roping at Henrietta. If you are below the top twenty and move into the standings after the letters have been sent out, please contact the office and I will get you a ballot and entry form to fill out and return.
Entering the finals: The top fifteen (15) must return ENTRY FEES and ballot to the TCRA office by Wednesday, October 1st. THIS IS YOUR ENTRY FOR THE FINALS. Callbacks will be Thursday, October 2nd from 9:00 am – Noon at this number: (806) 878-2782. Everyone must callback to insured you that the TCRA office received your ballot and entry money for the finals. If someone does not enter from the top 15, we will drop down in order of placing to fill the number needed to make 15.
ENTRY FEES: Entry fees will be $250 in each event with the Team Roping being $250 per / man. Only the top 15 will need to send $250 with their entry by October 1st, but 16 - 20 must send their ballot / entry form back to the office by October 1st to insure a spot if someone does not enter the finals. NO CHECKS / CASHIER’S CHECK or MONEY ORDER

Sponsorships: As usual, please HELP your Director get donations for the finals in your event. Your Director is responsible for getting $1500 donated or that money comes out of an events added money at the finals. Sponsorships are down this year so jump in there and help! If you sell a program ad for the finals it will go towards the added money in your event.
