Contestants: 

Top Twenty Letters:  Letters will go out around the 15th of September.  Please be looking for your letter.  Included in your letter will be a current listing of the Top Twenty.  If you feel your money is not correct, please contact the TCRA office and I will be glad to go over your money with you. 

CUTOFF DATE:  Money won at Henrietta, Wheeler, and Perry will count towards the 2010 standings.  If you are currently in the top 20 or below and move into the top fifteen, please contact the office to verify a position to the finals.

Entering the finals: Top 15:  ENTRY FEES and ballot MUST BE RECEIVED in the TCRA by the due date. Reminder: DO NOT MAIL YOUR ENTRY ON DATE IT WILL BE DUE. THIS IS YOUR ENTRY FOR THE FINALS.  There WILL BE A CALLBACK DAY to verify your entry to the finals.  Callbacks will be in October. Everyone must callback . If someone does not enter from the top 15 or is hurt, we will drop down in order of placing to fill the number needed to make 15.    Ranch Broncs: Top 10 to the finals.

If you have a college rodeo the weekend of the finals, please be sure and indicate on your entry.

Host Motel:  Holiday Inn (940) 552 -0200. Must call before October 15th to receive special room rates. 

 Sponsorships:  As usual, please HELP your Director get donations for the finals in your event.  Your Director is responsible for getting $1500 donated or that money comes out of an events added money at the finals.

  SPONSORSHIP MONEY COLLECTED: AS OF AUGUST 10, 2010

Calf Roping :  $3,500.00

Calf Ropers, Steer Wrestlers and Barrel racers have jackets donated. 

All events, except Calf Roping, need to help your director gather $1,500.

If you collect sponsor money  for your event, that money goes to your individual event.

All sponsorship money needs to be in the TCRA office no later than September 30, 2010.

THE DEADLINE FOR THE PROGRAM ADS WILL BE  SEPTEMBER 30th.
