Contestants:  NOW IS THE TIME get with your event Director about Jackets. Don’t wait any later!  Help your event Director to get a sponsor at $1500 for jackets in an event.  Jackets will be ordered in August and only one order will be sent.  The Directors need help in getting sponsors for your event.

 TURNOUTS:  You must notify the rodeo secretary or TCRA office at (806) 878- 2782 if you are turning out, doctor release, or barrel racers on a vet release. If you need to draw out, you have (24 hours) after the books close to draw out but you must contact the TCRA office to draw out of the rodeo or you are considered a turnout.  If you turnout with the rodeo secretary, make sure she contacts the office so a fine will not be assessed.   A doctor or vet release must be in the TCRA office 7 days after the performance in which you vet or doctor release out of or you are liable for your fees.   If you cannot talk to someone at the TCRA office (806) 878-2782 please leave a message and leave your name, rodeo and event in which you are going to turnout or release.

Rule Books:  If you have not received a current 2010 rule book, please contact the office.  Rulebooks were distributed at the membership rodeo.  Please read!!

 Sponsorships:  are getting more difficult to come by each year.  Contestants get with your event director and see how you can help with sponsorships.  Each Director is required to get $1500 or the $1500 comes out of your events added money at the finals. 

Co approved Rodeos:  Remember in KPRA and UPRA you cannot draw out.  If you enter and can’t go, you will have to pay your fees.  You must notify their office of a doctor release or a vet release (barrel racers only).

Results:  Results will be posted on the website (www.tcrarodeo.com) just as soon as the TCRA office receives these results. 

The membership results will be in the July issue and posted on the website.
