Contestants:
Top Twenty Letters: Letters were mailed the 15th of September. If you did not receive a letter, please contact the TCRA office immediately. If you feel your money is not correct, please contact the TCRA office and I will be glad to go over your money with you; otherwise, money stands correct going into the finals. There is an entry ballot for the finals along with a ballot to vote for the 2012 Officers and Directors. Ballots must be in the TCRA office by October 3rd. Companion pass will be offered to contestants at a rate of $20.00 for all three performances. Children pass at a rate of $10.00 for all three performances. To purchase companion passes, send money for number of companion passes needed with entry fees. NO Companion passes will be sold at the finals.
Entering the finals: Top 15: ENTRY FEES and ballots MUST BE RECEIVED in the TCRA by OCTOBER 3rd. Reminder: DO NOT MAIL YOUR ENTRY ON THE DUE DATE. THIS IS YOUR ENTRY FOR THE FINALS. If someone in the Top 15 does not enter, the next person in line according to money won will be contacted to fill the number needed to make 15. Rough Stock: Top 12 & Ranch Bronc Top 10. Entry Fees: $300.00 – NO CHECKS – Can be paid with Credit Card- Money Order- Cashier’s Check
