Contestants:
Top Twenty Letters: Letters have been sent out in September for the Finals. If you did not get your letter, please contact the office. If you feel your money is not correct, please contact the TCRA office and I will be glad to go over your money with you.
Entering the finals: All top twenty should return their entry and ballot to the TCRA office. Entries must be received by Wednesday October 1st. Callbacks are Oct. 2nd from 9:00am to noon. Top (15) should send money with their entry.

When making reservations, please inform the motel that you are with the TCRA finals.
Please have rooms booked by October 1st for special room rates.
General Membership Meeting: October 17th @ 7:00 pm Election of Officers and Directors positions.
Mandatory Meeting: If you cannot attend this meeting, you must contact your director or the TCRA office. This meeting is very important, as the ground rules will be set before the first performance. NO EXCUSES for not knowing the ground rules.
Each event with jackets will have group pictures with Dale Hirschman for their sponsor.

Sponsorships: As usual, please HELP your Director get donations for the finals in your event. Director is responsible for getting $1500 donated or that money comes out of an events added money at the finals. If your event doesn’t have $1500, that means your event is short and needs help! Deadline for program ads will be October 3rd!
Each event is required $1500 or the balance will come out of your added money.
If an events gets more than the required added money for an event, that money will go straight to the events added money.
EXAMPLE: Breakaway has met $1500 required added money. If base pay added money is $4,000 and a contestant gets $500 extra = $4500 to their added money + bonus money.
Example: Steer Wrestling has not met required $1500 only has $200 towards requirement = $4,000 - $1300 = $2700 + bonus money.
This is why you contestants should help your Director in your event !!

All events will have equal base pay which is $3.00 x total number of contestants in all events. Each event that does not meet the required $1500 is less the money not met + bonus money. Remember the bonus money is based on total number of contestants for the first approved rodeos.
Event Jackets ordered: Breakaway, Barrels, Steer Wrestling, Calf Roping, a few Bareback and Saddle Bronc,
If you didn’t get a jacket ordered, orders will be taken at the finals. The jackets cost $110.00.
